When appropriate, this may include traditional pharmaceuticals or pharmaceutical‑grade nutraceuticals. We offer professional‑grade supplements in‑house, providing cleaner ingredients, greater effectiveness, and higher quality than products commonly found in retail stores.
Appointments
Functional Medicine
Initial, in-person appointment. We take time to dig deeper into your symptoms using a root‑cause approach. This initial, introductory appointment is designed for us to get to know each other, gather meaningful information, set goals, and outline the next steps in your care.

Follow-up appointments. Whether you meet with us online or in person, these visits focus on moving your care forward. We’ll walk through your diagnostic results, check in on your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and offer education to support your long‑term wellness.
30 mins | $150
Family Medicine/ Primary Care
Whether you meet with us online or in person, these visits provide comprehensive primary care support—from annual wellness and well‑child exams to medication management and routine follow‑ups—so you can stay on top of your health with ease. This does not include Annual Medicare Wellness Exams.
30-60 mins | $150 - $200
Physicals
In-person only; comprehensive sports, employment, and school physicals to help you stay ready for the season, the job, or the classroom. This does not include CDL (DOT) physicals.

Minor Urgent Care
Online or in-person; For quick, uncomplicated concerns like UTIs, ear infections, or strep throat, we provide convenient minor urgent‑care visits. Our goal is to help you feel better fast with attentive, personalized care. Procedures such as laceration repair, casting, pelvic exams, and biopsies are not offered at this time.

Nutritional Counseling
Online or in‑person appointments are available for nutritional concerns and include a customized food plan tailored to your dietary needs.

Is insurance accepted?
To keep care simple and affordable, our practice is self‑pay, with payment collected at the time of your visit. You will receive a superbill that you can submit to your insurance if you choose. We do not work directly with insurance companies, including filing claims or assisting with claim questions. Because we are not Medicare providers, Medicare patients cannot submit claims for reimbursement and will be asked to sign a waiver confirming this understanding.
