Lori Schrock is a board‑certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Credentialing Center and is licensed in the state of Indiana. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, family‑focused care for patients across the lifespan. Lori also brings advanced training in functional medicine and nutrition through the American Academy of Functional Health, allowing her to blend traditional and root‑cause approaches to support whole‑person wellness.

Lori grew up in Northern Indiana. She received her undergrad and graduate degrees in nursing through Indiana University South Bend. She is a daughter of the Most High God and is happily married with four children and one dog. She is a Les Mills trained BodyPump instructor and loves teaching a weekly strength training class. She also enjoys spending time with her kids, reading, being around water, and the sunshine.
